Underground Bolting Rig RTRB (Ruda Truck Roof Bolting)

The Ruda Truck RTRB roof bolting rig is provided for safe rock bolting in underground mines.

It is made to install either resin-type clued bolts or mechanical expandable bolts  25 and 38 mm in diameter. .  The working head kinematics is symmetric and provides for bolting the gallery roof, walls and floor.

It is equipped with either dry drilling system (with drillings suction) or water-air mist flushing.

The working system is driven by either electric motor or diesel engine.

The drilling operation is performed by means of the hydraulic, rotary-type drifter. The rig is equipped with a water tank enabling the drilling operation independently from the mine water system.

The operator’s cabin (with 2 seats capacity) is protected with an anti-break windshield providing excellent visibility and meets the 60kJ FOPS standard.

It is also possible to use this machine for drilling assembly and technological holes.
